Prof. Dr. Keramettin Tezcan

In the field of administrative law, it provides consultancy services regarding public procurement and tenders, preparation of contracts regarding public privileges, process follow-ups of administrative licenses and permits, preparation processes for the Court of Accounts audit, resolution of all kinds of disputes arising from administrative and tax law of real and legal persons, and consultancy services in cases.

Having completed his undergraduate education in Finance at Dokuz Eylül University, Prof. Dr. Mr. Keramettin Tezcan later completed his master's degree and then his doctorate in the Department of Finance/Financial Law. Prof., who received the title of associate professor in 2008. Dr. Mr. Keramettin Tezcan received the title of Professor in 2013. 

 

Professor, who works at the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Çukurova University, İzmir University and İzmir Katip Çelebi University. Dr. Mr. Keramettin Tezcan is the winner of the 2002 Financial Accountants Foundation Economic and Financial Research Competition Second Prize.

Prof. Dr. Mr. Keramettin Tezcan is also a journal referee and has a wide readership with his papers presented and published in National/International scientific meetings, 8 published books, and more than thirty articles published in national refereed journals.
